Vultec’s Bias Tyre Repair Patches repair punctures, reinforced areas, and section injuries across bias-ply tyres, from heavy-duty OTR machinery to passenger, truck, and tractor tyres. The OTR range uses a square-lattice cord design with die-cut edges that resist cord lifting, repairing injuries up to 300 mm on tyres rated up to 52-ply, with a flexible sidewall variant for bead-area repairs.
The Bias/Diagonal range offers full-ply, shock-absorbing construction, die-cut and octagonally moulded for strength and easy installation, suited for injuries from 3 mm to 125 mm on tube-type and tubeless tyres
Versa Cure (Dual Cure) repair units, identified by Red Packaging, feature a base gum that cures either chemically or with heat. This soft, high-tack gum is less susceptible to issues caused by moisture, handling, and cement drying time.
Chemical Cure repair units, identified by Blue Packaging, are moulded to a feather edge and use a chemical-curing base gum with superior green tack. An extended poly backing makes removal and installation quick and easy
