Pre-cured Tread Rubber

Mahant’s Pre-cured Treads are made from the finest compounds and are available in more than 50 designs and 220 different sizes and dimensions with width ranging from 98 mm to 250 mm. The precured treads are accessible in Bias and Radial applications with heavy/ medium/light weight treads. Customized tread lengths can also be manufactured by Mahant for bigger orders.

PCTR – Premium (Comes with a Green line on the cured tread surface and is packed in white HDPE bags branded with Mahant logo)

PCTR – Standard (Comes with a Yellow line on the cured tread surface and is wrapped in natural poly transparent film / In special cases yellow HDPE bags were transshipment is involved)

Note

Always store PCTR treads in a cool, clean and dark place
Products are tested to suit the required operating conditions.
PCTR treads should never be exposed to water, oil & grease, air & dust, heat & sunlight.
PCTR treads used/unused should always be kept and maintained in the original packing.
PCTR treads should not be rebuffed on the sanded surface especially on the hollow under tread surface. (you can do on the contour under surface only if the shine is visible).
